Owner Dez'arae Adams

Meet your new early childhood partner

My name is Dez’arae Adams, the owner of Early Years Educational Services, LLC. I have worked in the field for over 15 years in a variety of environments throughout Southeast Michigan. I have been a third person in the classroom, lead teacher, assistant director, director, and instructional coach— so I’ve done it just about all!


I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education-Mathematics specializing in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Michigan University in 2012. I received my Master of Arts in Special Education, specializing in K-12 Learning Disabilities, from Eastern Michigan University in 2017. Go Eagles!


My heart is rooted in the urban community in hopes of increasing equity for children and their families through partnering with their local early childhood programs. I have worked with grant funded, tuition based, home based, center based, and school based programs.
